Pitch Please

Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These terms cover your use of the Pitch Please browser extension ("the extension"). By installing or using it, you agree to them. They're deliberately short — Pitch Please is a free, no-data, on-device tool.

1. Licence

Pitch Please is free and open-source software released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it under that licence. Nothing here limits the rights the MIT License grants you.

2. What the extension does

Pitch Please restyles the web pages you visit into a dark palette on your own device. It stores only your settings (locally and via your browser's sync) and makes no network requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dark-mode styling is applied heuristically and may render some sites imperfectly; you use it at your own discretion.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the extension.

5. Third-party websites

Pitch Please modifies how third-party websites appear in your browser only. It does not affiliate with, or act on behalf of, any website you visit, and those sites' own terms and privacy policies continue to apply to you.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
